The eGift can only be redeemed at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila.
The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift code. The recipient must only give this to the hotel staff once he/she commits to use it.

The eGift is for one-time use only. If the total value of the eGift is not used up in the transaction, there will be no cash change.
The eGift may not be valid for use on sale or certain promotional items/services.
The eGift cannot be exchanged for cash.
The hotel and its guests are expected to comply with the prevailing safety protocols mandated by the IATF and/or the local government at the time of visit.
This eGift is not meant for re-sale.
For room bookings, a maximum of ten (10) eGifts may be used per day, subject to availability.
In case the item purchased is not available during the visit, the eGift may be used to purchase other hotel items with the same value.
Some offers can not earn Golden Circle Award Points. Please check with hotel staff upon redemption.
Hotel eGifts can not be used at hotel concessionaires outlets or for consigned items.
