About The Moment Group
In the summer of 2012, Abba Napa, Eliza Antonino, and Jon Syjuco teamed up to form The Moment Group, believing that Manila’s dining scene was “having a moment.” Backed by sound business sense and a keen understanding of the Filipino diner’s evolving tastes, they created and opened their first three restaurants within eight months of each other. Since then, Moment has gone on to build homegrown brands and enter into partnerships that have drawn lines, caught media attention, generated market demand, and prompted loyal patrons.
In its first decade in F&B, Moment has established home-grown food brands, under which 60 doors and counting have collectively been opened in and outside of Metro Manila. These include Manam Comfort Filipino, 8Cuts Burgers, Ooma Bold Japanese, Mo’ Cookies, The Mess Hall, Bank Bar, Manam’s Mama Nams and more. Apart from this, Moment also owns, manages, and operates the Philippine franchise of the world-famous xiaolongbao brand, Din Tai Fung.

Terms and Conditions
- Each mo.dough or eGift has a unique 8 alphanumeric code that allows recipient to redeem either a value amount or The Moment Card, depending on the code they received.
- The mo.dough or eGift is valid for use at Manam, 8Cuts, Ooma, Din Tai Fung, Mo’ Cookies and The Mess Hall. It is valid for dine-in or takeaway transactions only. Not valid for delivery via momentfood.com.
- If the mo.dough or eGift is specifically for a Moment Card, the recipient is only allowed to redeem a Moment Card. It cannot be exchanged nor converted for cash, credit, and other products or services.
- The mo.dough or eGift is valid immediately after recipient receives it and until the indicated validity period.
- To use the mo.dough or eGift, the 8 alphanumeric code must be presented at shop location to the shop manager/cashier for validation.
- Multiple mo.dough or eGift codes may be used per transaction for as long as they are valid.
- The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of their mo.dough or eGift code. The recipient should only present the code to the shop manager once he/she commits to use it at the shop.
- The recipient must wait for the shop manager to finish the mo.dough or eGift code validation process. The shop manager will receive a validation response and will honor the redemption based on what is indicated.
- In the event that the Giftaway validation system is offline or unavailable, the mo.dough or eGift cannot be used yet by the recipient. The recipient may return to shop/redeem the mo.dough or eGift when the system is back online.
- The mo.dough or eGift cannot be used for certain promotional items nor as payment for reservation and/or catering related fees, or services. It cannot be exchanged nor converted for cash, credit, and other products.
- The mo.dough or eGift can be used to purchase non-food items limited to the Moment Card and in-shop merchandise.
- The mo.dough or eGift is only valid for one-time use. If the total amount value is not fully consumed, no cash change or any form of return value will be given to the recipient. If the purchase goes beyond the amount, the recipient must pay for the difference to complete their transaction.
- To settle outstanding balance exceeding value of the mo.dough or eGift, the recipient can use up to a maximum of two (2) forms of payment only for a single transaction with a combination of any two (2) of the following: cash, debit/credit, eWallet, and any acceptable forms of payment.
- The mo.dough or eGift cannot be refunded or voided once validated.
- The use of the mo.dough or eGift is subject to the existing terms and/or conditions of the Moment Card and The Moment Group.
