Terms and Conditions

  • The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift.
  • BIG Loyalty eGifts will be exchanged to BIG Loyalty Points.
  • To use the eGift, the recipient must redeem at the redemption form by filling out all the details. After a successful redemption, the points will be added to the BIG Loyalty Points account.
  • BIG Loyalty Points can only be used at AirAsia BIG website and the BIG Loyalty App. Using of AirAsia BIG Points in AirAsia.com website is unavailable.
  • BIG Loyalty Points registration is free.
  • The eGift voucher may not be exchanged, refunded, or voided.
  • The eGift may be subject to other terms and/or conditions of BIG Loyalty Points.
